| Not a 5 star hotel ranking. The staff escorted us to 2 incorrect rooms on 2 different floors. I couldn't believe I was dragging my luggage from 1 room to the next. It took us more than 30 minutes just to enter the correct room. After all of our traveling, it was a major inconvenience to say the least.
For a 5 star hotel, I was not expecting this kind of mistake. I was here for business with my business partner and we did not wish to share a bed. Therefore we had requested 2 separate beds for the room. If a 5 star hotel makes repeated mistakes, they should know better and send you something as a compliment of the hotel. |

| Great hotel - well situated for business and excellent service. They cannot do enough for you.
The spa is worth a visit - after long haul flights and lots of meetings they do a great therapeutic/deep tissue workout. Gym is good as well. |

| 機場快綫香港站からタクシーを利用するとホテルは目の前だが、通行区分の関係で金鐘まで行きＵターン。荷物が少なかったら徒歩かな。帰路は機場快線香港站までタクシーは基本料金。コンシェルジェでレストランの予約をお願いすると予約内容をプリントアウトしてくれる。ＣＸのオンラインチェックインもしてもらった。築年数は経過しているが、少し前に大改装され最新の設備が楽しめる。レセプション、コンシェルジェ周りはコンパクト。近隣のビルの間を結ぶ通路があり雨天でも移動がたやすい。チェックアウトの前にバゲッジピックアップを依頼したが、対応が素早い。1流半だと待たされることがある。 |

| Mandarin Oriental was simply amazing! Ended our 5-city Asia trip with Mandarin Oriental in HK. We redeemed our free night with Hotel.com, which allowed us to select a pretty pricey hotel. It's a great hotel but I'm not sure if I would dish out the pricey rate for a stay.
The service on the main floor was absolutely stunning! Everyone was so attentive! Complementary dry fruits in the room was nice touch! |
