| The hotel was going through renovations and for one day you could not use your toilets from 1pm to 6pm which was very inconvenient. The noise of drilling was unbearable so we had to ask to have our room moved. They eventually moved us to the top floor but the receptionist told us it would still be noisy and seemed annoyed. The concierge staff were very helpful. |

| 当方の手違いで喫煙の部屋を予約してしまったようで、チェックイン後入った瞬間の部屋の煙たさと、激しい消臭用の香料に頭痛がしました。深夜のチェックインでしたので当日は別の部屋を用意することが難しい状況下、換気で辛抱することになりました。始終スタッフの方の対応が懇切丁寧で気持ちよかったことが非常に印象的でした。
二泊目は別の部屋を用意してくださって助かりましたがここでも消臭剤のような香料には辟易でした。一晩エアコンをまわすと朝にはにおいがかろうじて消えるようでした。（この香料は香港のホテル特有な様に思いますが、好みに個人差が出るところでしょう。） |

| Housekeeping was not that great. The rubbish was not being cleared everyday both restroom and bedroom. And the cosmetics such as shampoo & body shower were only top up for 2 days while we stay there for 3 days. |

| 클래식한 분위기에 친절한 서비스, 해변길을 걸어다니면서 침사추이의 명소들을 돌아볼 수 있는 위치까지 모두 대만족입니다. 하버 뷰 룸에서 바라보는 야경도 좋구요. 다시 홍콩에 가더라도 이 호텔에 묵고 싶습니다. |

| This is old hotel but being renovated. Room service and make up room is very good. Staff are very very polite. Quite a distance to nearest MTR. |
